CRL Smoke Baffle Aluminum Base Shoe (SKU: B5BPBC) is an extruded aluminum base shoe engineered to create an almost invisible 1/2" (12 mm) tempered glass smoke curtain. Designed for code-driven applications in large offices and retail areas, this smoke baffle sections ceiling areas to retain smoke within a specified square footage and help prevent unnecessary sprinkler activation. The base shoe attaches to the ceiling structure so the glass hangs straight down; a glass fabrication template is included. Cladding available in five architectural finishes.
