The CRL PR70 Series Multi-Size Adjustable Spring Power Surface Mounted Door Closers (SKU: PR70BFDU) are commercial-grade surface-mounted door closers providing low-opening-resistance A.D.A. barrier-free models, adjustable delayed action models, and heavy-duty full-range models for larger doors. Available in Brite Gold and Polished Chrome to match upscale retail and restaurant interiors, and in Aluminum and Dark Bronze for standard commercial applications.

The Delayed Action model lets you adjust how long the door remains open—ideal for healthcare facilities, public buildings, and accessibility applications requiring momentary hold-open. Independent closing and latching speed controls plus an adjustable backcheck protect the closer, door, and adjacent structures from damage caused by violent opening due to wind or heavy traffic.

All PR70 closers are UL Listed and backed by a ten-year warranty. Each unit includes parallel arm brackets and mounting hardware for regular, top-jamb, or parallel-arm installations. Optional accessories such as drop plates and hold-open arms are available for special installations.
