CRL Manual Muntin Bar Notcher (SKU: MMBD1E) notches most muntin bars quickly and smoothly. Each die set is custom fabricated from hardened, ground tool steel to match your profile. The notcher ships with one die set. If you use a CRL muntin bar, simply provide the CRL catalog number—no sample required. For non-CRL profiles, provide four 24" (610 mm) sample pieces so dies can be made to your exact dimensions. Contact CRL Technical Sales for machine details and compatibility.
Each CRL die set is precision heat-treated tool steel and built to your specifications for reliable muntin bar notching.
NOTE: To ensure proper fit, specify the distance between the mounting holes and the blade tip of your existing die so the new blade and die set align correctly.
