CRL "Roll-Ezy" Ball Bearing Track Assembly — engineered for bypassing sliding glass doors and frameless applications. Easy to install; doors roll smoothly on frictionless ball-bearing carriers. Available in four optional pre-cut sizes to reduce waste and lower shipping costs.

Assemblies include:

• 1 × KV993 upper channel
• 2 × KV995 shoe for glass
• 2 × KV997 ball bearing carrier
• 1 × KV999 lower track

Notes & installation guidelines:

• Designed for two sliding panels per opening. For more panels, installer should fashion stops in the lower track to confine each two-panel set to one section of track.
• Each sliding panel height should not exceed 2.5× its width.
• Maximum load: 50 lb (22.7 kg) per linear foot.
• Material takeoff per foot of opening: 1' of upper channel + 1' of lower track + 1' of shoe (add 1" per door for overlap) and 1½' of carrier (1.5× door width per door).
• Glass height: cut 1-1/4" shorter than opening.
• Carrier length formula: (Opening ÷ 4) × 3 = required carrier length.
