CRL Edgetech Super Spacer® (SKU: SS31666) is a premium insulating silicone foam spacer designed to eliminate perimeter edge condensation and substantially reduce overall window heat loss. Ideal for insulating glass units (IGUs), including curved, odd-shaped, triple-glazed, and sound-insulating units with art glass inserts, Super Spacer® delivers long-term durability with UV-resistant silicone and a flexible foam core that accommodates glass bowing and thermal movement.

The spacer’s breathable foam enables fast moisture pick-up, while a continuous high-performance multi-layer barrier film minimizes moisture vapor transmission and inert gas loss—an important advantage for long-lasting sealed units. Compatible with CRL edge sealants; note Super Spacer® cannot be used without an edge sealant. We recommend CRL Hot Melt Butyl or CRL 877 Super Spacer® Sealant.
