CRL Edgetech Super Spacer® (SKU: SS5866) is a premium silicone foam insulating glass spacer designed to minimize perimeter edge condensation and significantly reduce overall window heat loss. Ideal for insulated glass manufacturing and fabricators producing curved, odd-shaped, sound-insulating, or triple-glazed units with art glass inserts, this silicone foam window spacer accommodates glass bowing and thermal movement while maintaining long-term durability.

UV-resistant silicone prevents spacer degradation. The flexible foam allows fast moisture pickup and improved edge seal performance, while the high-performance multi-layer barrier film reduces moisture vapor transmission and inert gas loss — a key advantage for high-performance insulating glass units and IGU fabrication.

Rolls are 66' (20.1 m) long. Other colors and bulk rolls available on special order.

NOTE: Super Spacer® cannot be used without an edge sealant. We recommend CRL Hot Melt Butyl or CRL 877 Super Spacer® Sealant.
