CRL Tremco® DyMonic® FC (SKU: 960824323) is a fast-skinning, high-performance, low-modulus, one-component moisture-curing polyurethane sealant. DyMonic® FC cures to a smooth, consistent surface, guns easily from conventional caulking equipment, and offers reduced dirt pickup versus regular DyMonic® (typical skin time 16 hours at 70°F / 21°C). Use DyMonic® FC where a quick-skin, durable sealant is required for construction joints and facade systems.


Typical applications
Seal dynamic moving joints in precast concrete panels, curtainwall systems, tilt-up panels, expansion and control joints, window and door perimeters, and bedding for mullions, frames, and panels. DyMonic® FC provides long-lasting adhesion with excellent weather resistance, high recovery, and the flexibility to accommodate moisture, shear, and deflection movement.

Meets U.S. Federal Specification TT-S-00230C, Type II, Class A; CAN/CGSB-19.13-M87; and ASTM C 920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 50 (DyMonic® FC) / Class 25 (DyMonic®), Use NT, M, A and O.

Limitations & surface prep
Do not apply to damp or contaminated surfaces. Some substrates (for example certain high-performance paints and specialty architectural finishes) may require priming. Painting over DyMonic® is not recommended—paint may crack or peel with joint movement. Always check the cartridge label and the Specification Data Sheet for complete surface preparation and limitations.
