The CRL Jackson® 900 Series Multi-Sized Floor Mounted Door Closer (SKU: J994H0D) is a heavy-duty, floor-mounted door closer engineered for new construction and retrofit projects. With a 1,000 lb (453 kg) capacity, it is ideal for larger interior or exterior doors requiring long-lasting, low-maintenance performance. Accessories support both double-acting and single-acting doors as well as center-hung and offset installations.


Key features include fully adjustable spring power and hydraulics that meet A.D.A. opening-force requirements (can be set to 5 or 8.5 lbs), a unique door-centering adjustment for easy double-door alignment, and multi-viscosity, temperature-stabilizing fluid with thermal-sensitive valves for reliable operation in extreme temperature variations. Available for 105°, dual 90°/120° hold-open or no-hold-open configurations.


NOTE: Designed to open up to 180°. Use an auxiliary floor or overhead stop to limit opening to less than 180°.
