This CRL Jackson® Adjustable Spring Power Overhead Concealed Closer Body (SKU: 20104M18) is engineered for A.D.A. barrier-free applications and features a 7/8" extended spindle—the preferred length for use with patch fittings and rail hardware on glass doors. The patented Dual Compression Technology allows spring power adjustment from Size 2 through 4 for finer tension control and improved spring efficiency. Fully independent valves provide maximum adjustability to balance building codes, stack pressure and door closing requirements. This closer body easily retrofits most fixed-spring overhead concealed closers and is specified by professionals worldwide.
A.D.A. NOTE: Although the adjustable spring power closer can be tuned for site conditions, adequate closing force might not be achievable while also meeting A.D.A. opening force limits.
