This CRL Jackson® Adjustable Spring Power Overhead Concealed Closer Body (SKU: 20101M17) is an adjustable spring power overhead concealed closer body suitable for doors 30" to 42" (762 mm to 1.07 m) wide depending on selected spring size and closer function. Features dual action valves for independent closing and latching speed control, and a 105° no-hold-open configuration with fixed adjustable spring power multi-size. Designed to fit standard 1-3/4" x 4" (45 x 102 mm) or larger header extrusions. Interchangeable with Jackson® and similar style overhead concealed closers for easy retrofit and replacement.

Although the adjustable spring power closer can be tuned for site conditions, meeting A.D.A. opening force limits may reduce available closing force and could prevent proper door control.

Closers adjusted to A.D.A. specified opening forces may not provide sufficient spring power to close and control the door for larger doors or adverse site conditions.
