Use this CRL 1-1/2" x 2" (38 x 50.8 mm) stainless steel stanchion to core-mount or surface-mount your aluminum railing system. Wet-set core stanchions require 8,000 psi (or greater) concrete. Surface-mount stanchions are welded to a steel base plate and powder coated to match ARS posts and bottom rails. Each surface-mount stanchion includes one moisture barrier gasket (catalog number BPG1BL).
