CRL Interior Slip-Fit Horizontal Corners for 1/2" (12 mm), 9/16" (13.52 mm) or 5/8" (16 mm) thick glass allow for hairline joint assemblies with straight lengths of CRL Cap Rail. Use of our Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement is required to achieve a secure and permanent bond. Two Connector Sleeves are required for use with each corner.
Each Horizontal Corner is fabricated, and individually packed. Our aluminum corners are welded for painted finishes only. The Internal Corner Splices create an architecturally pleasing mitered joint.
Each Horizontal Corner is fabricated, finished, and individually packed. Standard stainless alloy is 304. Stainless alloy 316 is available on special order.
NOTE: Cat. No. GR5PV Cap Rail Vinyl and 95CBL Silicone should be used to secure 1/2" (12 mm) glass; Cat. No. LR56PV Cap Rail Rubber Insert and 95CBL should be used to secure 9/16" (13.52 mm) laminated glass; Cat. No. 95CBL Silicone and shims should be used to secure 5/8" (16 mm) glass.
