CRL Interior Slip-Fit Horizontal Corners — GR19HM
CRL GR19HM interior slip‑fit horizontal corners for 1/2" (12 mm), 9/16" (13.52 mm) or 5/8" (16 mm) glass enable hairline joint assemblies with straight lengths of CRL cap rail. These mitered, finished corners are made from durable 6063‑T6 mill aluminum alloy and are individually fabricated and packed.
Use CRL Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement to achieve a secure, permanent bond. Two connector sleeves (not included) are required per corner. Internal corner splices produce architecturally pleasing mitered joints. Our aluminum corners are welded for painted finishes only.
Standard stainless alloy is 304; stainless 316 is available by special order.
Glass securing recommendations:
- 1/2" (12 mm) glass: Cat. No. GR5PV cap rail vinyl and 95CBL silicone.
- 9/16" (13.52 mm) laminated glass: Cat. No. LR56PV cap rail rubber insert and 95CBL silicone.
- 5/8" (16 mm) glass: 95CBL silicone and shims.
