Cologne Hinges offer radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, contemporary look—an upscale alternative to Vienna-style hinges. Built from solid brass, these heavy-duty shower door hinges are engineered for wider, heavier frameless glass doors that standard hinges cannot support. Key differentiators

• Internal dual steel pins provide two template options: leave both pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs (safer for rounded corners), or remove the pins for increased adjustability and to fit rectangular/square cut-outs (may fit some competitive templates).
• Reversible pivot pin—one side pre-set at 90º (standard), the other at 85º for 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.
• Custom pivot pins available up to 45º for off-angle installations where walls are not square.

Load capacity & recommended installations

• Two-hinge installation (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
• Three-hinge installation (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
