CRL Stainless 2.5" 90° Corner Fitting for 1/2"-5/8" Glass Rail

Interior slip-fit horizontal corners for 1/2" (12 mm) or 5/8" (16 mm) thick glass—designed for hairline joint assemblies with straight lengths of CRL Cap Rail. These ready-to-install corners are welded and finished to match CRL Premium Cap Rail for a cohesive glass railing or balustrade system. To achieve a secure, permanent bond use Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement. Two connector sleeves are required per corner (sold separately).

Each horizontal corner is fabricated, finished, and individually packed. Stainless and brass corners are manufactured from CRL Premium Cap Rail and welded to match. Standard stainless alloy is 304; stainless 316 is available on special order. Brass uses alloy 260 as standard.

Installation Note: Except for GR15 Series Cap Rail Corners, when used with 1/2" (12 mm) glass use GR5PV Cap Rail Vinyl plus 95CBL Silicone to secure the glass. For GR15 Series corners or 5/8" (16 mm) glass, secure with 95CBL Silicone and shims only.

Product Warning: When used with 1/2" (12 mm) glass, use GR5PV Cap Rail Vinyl and 95CBL Silicone. When used with 5/8" (16 mm) glass, secure with shims and 95CBL Silicone.
