The CRL Curved Top Door Patch Fitting (SKU: CPF20BPS) includes the 1NT304 Insert for use with our Overhead Concealed Door Closers that accept a 9/16" (14 mm) square, 3/4" (19 mm) long spindle. Supplied gaskets enable installation on either 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. Ideal for frameless glass doors requiring a curved top patch fitting and precise pivot setback.
GLASS FABRICATION REQUIRED:
One 3/4" (19 mm) diameter hole and corner notch.

Template and instructions.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The door closer must be adjusted back 1/16" (1.6 mm) to achieve the 2-11/16" (68 mm) pivot setback for use with this patch fitting.
Product Warning:
These fittings are not for use with laminated glass.
The following guidelines apply when specifying frameless glass doors with this hardware:
MAXIMUM HEIGHT: 102" (2591 mm)
MAXIMUM WEIGHT: 194 lbs (88 kg)
MAXIMUM WIDTH: 42" (1092 mm)
If the door exceeds any of these limits, use full door rails.
