The CRL Curved Bottom Door Patch Fitting (SKU: CPF10CPS) includes the Catalog Number 1NT301 Insert for use with tapered-style spindle floor closers or free-swing pivots. Gaskets are supplied to fit either 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass. This patch fitting is a heavy-duty glass door hardware solution for frameless commercial and residential glass doors.
The following guidelines apply when fabricating a door with this hardware:
Maximum Height: 102" (2.59 m)
Maximum Weight: 194 lbs. (88 kg)
Maximum Width: 42" (1.09 m)
If the door exceeds any of these limits, use full door rails.
GLASS FABRICATION REQUIRED:
One 3/4" (19 mm) diameter hole and corner notch

IMPORTANT NOTE: Bottom pivots or floor closer must be set to 2-11/16" (68 mm) setback to work with this patch fitting.
