• 1 Each 5/16" - 18 x 3" (76.2 mm) Allen Screw
• 1 Each 12 x 2" (51 mm) Flat Head Phillips Screw
• 2 Each 12 x 3/4" (19 mm) Flat Head Phillips Screw
• 1 Each 7/8" (22 mm) Diameter Flat Washer
• 1 Each Spring Lock Washer
• 1 Each 5/16"-18 Hex Nut
