CRL Cologne Hinges are a radius‑corner, beveled‑edge alternative to Vienna hinges, delivering a sleek appearance and superior strength for wider, heavier frameless shower doors. Built from solid brass with two internal steel pins, the design offers mounting flexibility: leave the pins in for CRL "mouse‑ears" cut‑outs or remove them for rectangular, square‑corner cut‑outs (may also fit some competitive cut‑outs). Cologne Hinges are engineered for reliable performance in glass shower door installations requiring robust, decorative hardware.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90º and 85º markings. Standard models ship set to 90º. Rotate the pin to engage the 85º side for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Pre‑set models arrive configured to 85º.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off‑angle walls (specify up to 45º) to achieve precise door closing when a standard 5º option is insufficient.

Load Capacity:

• Two hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
• Three hinges (3/8"–1/2" glass): holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
