The CRL Deluxe Track Assembly (SKU D2301A48) is a smooth-working, reliable sliding glass door track assembly engineered for easy installation and minimal waste. Offered in three pre-cut, cut-to-length extrusions (36", 48", 72" — 914 mm, 1.22 m, 1.83 m), these rolling track assemblies reduce installation time and material loss. The 'H' Bar is pre-cut to provide a 1-1/2" (38 mm) overlap, and the combination lower channel matches the upper channel for a cohesive fit and consistent performance.

Accessories and glazing options: CRL Cat. No. D332 end caps for the 'H' Bar extrusion are sold separately. For dry glazing with 1/4" (6 mm) glass use Cat. No. GC728C vinyl (sold separately). CRL also offers ratchet and plunger type locks and a wide selection of sliding door hardware to secure panels.

Maximum suggested panel size: 36" W x 48" H (914 mm x 1.22 m).

General glass cutting guideline: Glass Height = Opening Height minus 1-3/8" (35 mm).
