The CRL Heavy-Duty Full Surface Roton Hinges (SKU 210HD95A) are extruded from high‑strength aluminum and feature a full-length rolling gear profile that aligns doors top to bottom. These full surface Roton hinges use twice the standard number of special self‑lubricating polyacetal load‑bearing blocks for smooth, near‑floating operation on very heavy doors. All mounting hardware is concealed after installation for a clean appearance and enhanced security. Hinges include installation instructions and all necessary hardware.
Finishes: clear satin anodized or dark bronze duranodic. Stocked lengths: 83" and 95" (2.10 and 2.41 m). Replacement screw packs available.
