All CRL Premium Cap Rails for laminated glass are precision-formed to maintain uniform profiles and smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. These architectural cap rails support 27/32" (21.52 mm) and 1-1/16" (25.52 mm) laminated glass using CRL rubber protective inserts. Sold in 3 m (118-1/8") lengths. Ideal for commercial storefronts, interior glass partitions, and glass railing systems requiring a finished stainless cap rail for laminated glass.
Use the Connector Sleeves to join cap rails. Standard material is stainless alloy 304; stainless alloy 316 is available by special order for enhanced corrosion resistance. For protective inserts, when using 21.52 mm laminated glass, use the LR21PV Series Rubber Insert; for 25.52 mm laminated glass, use the LR22PV Series Rubber Insert with shim and silicone.
Dimension is used to calculate glass size—add desired clearance or add an additional 1/8" (3.2 mm) if using the cap rail rubber insert.
