CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L045SB) are a solid-brass solution for wider, heavier frameless shower doors. Similar to Vienna hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges, Cologne Hinges provide a sleek, contemporary look while supporting greater loads than standard hinges. • Leave both pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for enhanced safety around cut areas.
• Remove the pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs — may fit some competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; Pre-Set models ship at 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the active angle. CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45º when the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient). Load Ratings:

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
