The spring-loaded CRL Nylon Plunger Latch (SKU WSC615W) secures 1/4" to 7/16" (6.3 to 11 mm) screens in metal window frames. The plunger engages into a 7/32" (5.6 mm) hole drilled into the frame; use a 601732 drill for the large-diameter hole and a 60118 drill for the opposite 1/8" (3.2 mm) hole. For faster, accurate alignment when installing multiple latches, use the WST920 jig. Ideal for contractors and glazing professionals who need durable, low-profile screen retention hardware in bulk.
NOTE: Use CRL Cat. No. WST905 step drill to install WSC615 plungers. For smaller WSC614 plungers, CRL Cat. No. 60118 and 601316 (1/8" and 3/16") drill bits are required.
