CRL Zipper Pile Weatherstrip (SKU: Z78137C) is a full-density, water-resistant pile woven to a unique zipper-tooth polypropylene backing. The zipper tooth design lets the pile snap into the extrusion slot from above instead of sliding in from the ends, simplifying retrofit and manufacturing installations—even when the T-slot is slightly off size. Use Zipper Pile to retrofit aluminum, vinyl, fiberglass, or wood T-slots without disassembling the window or door sash. The double center fin provides a superior weather seal compared to piles designed only for vibration reduction or pest control.
