CRL Zipper Pile Weatherstrip (SKU: Z78194C) is a full-density, water-resistant pile woven to a unique zipper-tooth polypropylene backing. The zipper-tooth profile snaps into T-slots from above—no sliding from the ends—making retrofits and manufacturing installs faster and easier even when the slot is slightly off size. Ideal for retrofit or new installations in aluminum, vinyl, fiberglass, or wood T-slots without disassembling the sash.
The double center fin provides a true weather seal for improved vibration reduction and pest control compared to finless pile, while the high-density gray pile resists wear and moisture for long-lasting performance.
