CRL8500 Series Floor Mounted Door Closer β heavy-duty floor closer designed to support doors up to 800 lbs (363 kg). Available in 90Β° or 105Β° hold-open or no hold-open models and three spring sizes to suit most commercial and residential installations. Ideal as a floor mounted door closer for 800 lb doors and compatible with CRL's Door Rail System (SKU: CRL8532).
The supplied 1/8" (3 mm) standard spindle collar height is interchangeable with optional spindles to match different finished-floor heights. Available accessories include cover plates, pivots, center-hung arms, and offset arms for flexible installation options.
NOTE: Use an auxiliary floor or overhead door stop to prevent damage from over-extension of the maximum allowable door swing.
