The Dormakaba® BT75V Series Floor Mounted Door Closers are designed for versatile installation, providing a compact solution for spaces where larger closers are not feasible.
These door closers accommodate doors up to 42 inches wide and support weights up to 260 lbs.
With a 25-year limited warranty, they are ANSI A156.4 Grade 1, UL, and CUL listed, offering reliability and compliance with industry standards.
Available in both 90º or 105º hold open options and no hold open models, they are adaptable for single or double acting, center-hung, or offset applications.
Note: Closer body only; spindles are sold separately and must be chosen based on door height and type.
