The Dormakaba® BTS80 Series Floor Mounted Door Closers (SKU: BTS80BF) are heavy-duty, floor-mounted door closers engineered for commercial and institutional installations. Their compact, universal non-handed mechanism uses interchangeable spindles so one closer can serve single- or double-acting doors, center-hung or offset pivoting arrangements, and accommodate a variety of floor coverings and threshold heights. The selective multi-point hold open and variable delayed action features make the BTS80 ideal for high-traffic exits, vestibules, and ADA-aware walkthroughs where controlled closing and staged egress are required.

NOTE: Designed to open to a maximum of 180°. An auxiliary floor or overhead stop is required to stop the door at less than 180°.
