The Dormakaba® BTS80 Series Floor Mounted Door Closers (SKU: BTS803) are compact, non-handed floor-mounted door closers designed for heavy-duty commercial applications. The compact body fits where larger closers won’t, and a universal design with interchangeable spindles lets one mechanism serve single- or double-acting, center-hung or offset doors while accommodating almost any floor covering or threshold height. Selective multi-point hold-open and variable delayed action make this closer highly versatile for institutional and commercial environments.

NOTE: Designed to open to a maximum of 180°. If the door must stop before 180°, install an auxiliary floor or overhead stop.
