This IVES® Center-Hung Pivot Set features a 500 lb. (227 kg) weight capacity, and provides clearance from bottom edge of door to floor mounting surface adjustable from 3/16" to 3/4" (5 to 19 mm) by varying the depth of the mortise in the bottom of the door. Double-acting, non-handed bottom pivot mounts directly to floor with included fasteners. Sealed bearings for protection against the weather.
