This IVES® Center-Hung Pivot Set (SKU: 7255SETDU) is a heavy-duty center-hung pivot for doors up to 500 lb (227 kg). Adjustable floor-to-door clearance (3/16"–3/4") is set by varying the mortise depth in the bottom of the door, allowing precise fit for interior or exterior applications. Non-handed, double-acting bottom pivot mounts directly to the floor with included fasteners. Sealed bearings protect internal components from weather, making this an ideal pivot hinge for durable, high-traffic doors and exterior storefronts.
