Our CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR4TPB34P) uses the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System to clamp glass from the bottom with two aluminum retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is tightened with socket head cap bolts, angled extrusions engage an angled groove in the rail and draw the glass retaining extrusions together, creating very high retention forces (over 900 lbs. in our 9" corner rail). This design provides a secure attachment for tempered monolithic glass and fast installation for commercial glass door applications.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers fast field installation and long-term stability: rails come fully fabricated with end caps installed and an assembled adjustable door alignment slide. Installers can prepare a door in minutes; after mounting, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable slide. The adjustable slide allows ±1/8" (3.2 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb on both top and bottom rails without removing the door. Remove the end cap to access the three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the outer bolts provide the 1/8" adjustment.
