Rixson® Model 27 Offset Floor Mounted Door Closer (SKU: PH2790SH0RH85) — a heavy-duty floor mounted door closer engineered for reliable door control. The bottom arm connects directly to the floor closer spindle so the door weight is supported at the floor, delivering higher closing efficiency than surface-mounted or overhead concealed closers. Ideal as an offset floor closer for commercial exterior and interior doors up to 450 lbs and 48" wide.
Standard features: selective on/off hold open, built-in positive dead stop, plus separate independent valves for closing, latch and backcheck adjustments for precise control and adjustable backcheck resistance.
