This Rixson® Model 27 Offset Floor Mounted Door Closer (SKU: 27105SH0LHB0DY) is a heavy-duty, floor-mounted closer designed to control and support large doors. The bottom arm connects directly to the floor closer spindle, providing greater closing efficiency than surface or overhead concealed closers. Ideal for high-traffic exterior or interior applications where reliable closing and durability are required.
Standard features include selective on/off hold-open, built-in positive dead stop, and separate independent valves for closing, latch and backcheck adjustments—enabling precise control for heavy doors and improving door safety and performance.
