The special sawtooth design of CRL Amazing Glazing Plated Diamond Drills reduces contact area for improved grinding action and increased coolant penetration, making these plated diamond glass drill bits ideal for portable tripod and cup-style drilling machines. Machined from solid steel for maximum durability, these drills work best with DTC80 Diamond Tool Coolant and should be used with a retaining ring submerged in coolant. Although plated, each drill can be sharpened one time with a CRL Sharpening Stone after full wear to expose remaining diamonds and extend service life.

NOTE: Always wear proper safety gear, including eye protection, and perform work on a flat, horizontal surface. Use a Cat. No. GF1 Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter when operating electric tools with water or coolant. Failure to follow precautions can result in operator injury.
