The CRL Amazing Glazing Plated Diamond Drills feature a unique aggressive sawtooth profile, designed to enhance grinding action and improve coolant penetration, making them ideal for use in portable tripod and cup style machines.
These drills, available in diameters from 1/8" to 4-1/2", are our most durable, crafted from solid steel for longevity.
For optimal performance, use with DTC80 Diamond Tool Coolant and submerge in a retaining ring.
Although plated, they can be sharpened once with a CRL Sharpening Stone after extensive use to reveal remaining diamonds, extending their life.
Remember to always wear proper safety gear, perform work on a flat surface, and use a stabilization base to avoid voiding the warranty and ensure safety.
