Overview
CRL Weld Blocks are expertly fabricated and ready to weld, eliminating the need for drilling and tapping on-site.
These blocks are compatible with B7S, 8B34, L56S, and 9BL56 Base Shoes and are crafted from durable A36 steel alloy.
Designed for use with the CRL Heavy Aluminum Base Shoe, they provide a convenient attachment point when welded to a steel beam or angle, using our pre-drilled Base Shoes and SHCS12X34 Stainless Steel Socket Head Cap Screws.
Sold in packs of 10, these hot rolled steel blocks feature a centered 1/2"-13 tapped hole, ensuring a reliable and efficient installation process.
For optimal results, it is recommended to weld two sides with a 3/16" minimum fillet weld.
