Developed for the tempering industry and made from heavy-duty composition rubber, these CRL Shipping Pads (SKU: SP1412) protect glass edges and surfaces during processing, transport, and storage. The pressure-sensitive adhesive peels cleanly away from glass—no solvents or special tools required—making them ideal as adhesive glass shipping pads, temporary protective pads for hot glass, and scratch-prevention padding for fragile glass shipments. Application is simple: peel from the release paper roll and stick to glass.

Pre-cut pad packaging options: on rolls of 1,000; bulk packs of 5,000 each (3/4" / 19 mm size); or 10,000 each (1/2" / 12.7 mm size). These pre-cut adhesive pads are optimized for high-volume glass processors and glass fabricators who need consistent, residue-free protection.

Product Warning:

Sponge rubber shipping pads may not be compatible with all mirror backings. Mirror back coatings vary by manufacturer; pads used between mirrors can potentially burn through or show through from the front.
