The special sawtooth design of CRL Amazing Glazing Plated Diamond Drills (SKU AG1116) reduces contact area for improved grinding action and increased coolant penetration. Ideal plated diamond glass drill bits for use in portable tripod and cup-style machines, these drills are machined from solid steel for maximum durability. For best results, use with DTC80 Diamond Tool Coolant and submerge in a retaining ring. Although plated, these diamond drill bits for glass may be sharpened once with a CRL Sharpening Stone after they are fully worn to expose remaining diamonds and extend service life.


Safety Note: Always wear proper safety gear, including eye protection, when drilling glass. Perform work on a flat, horizontal surface. Use a Cat. No. GF1 Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt Device when using electric tools with water or coolant. Failure to follow precautions can result in operator injury.
