CRL's Premium Cap Rails are manufactured using a precision bump-forming process for consistent radii and tighter tolerances. Unlike roll-formed cap rails, these bump-formed premium cap rails reduce stress and spring-back, minimizing twist or discoloration and ensuring accurate fits into welded corners. Welds on both sides of the internal channel add strength and stability—making GR15PS a top choice for architectural stainless steel cap rail installations.

All CRL Premium Cap Rail stock is formed with precision tooling to maintain uniform diameters for smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. The internal channel is welded in place to increase fabrication strength. Use Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement to achieve a secure, permanent bond at connections. Use Connector Sleeves to join cap rails.
