CRL's Premium Cap Rails are manufactured using a precise bump-forming process that delivers consistent radii, tighter tolerances, and superior fit for welded corners—unlike roll-formed cap rails that can exhibit stress and spring-back. Welds on both sides of the internal channel add strength and stability for reliable fabrication and installation. This bump-formed stainless steel cap rail is optimized for architectural railing, glass railing, and storefront trim applications.

All CRL Premium Cap Rail are formed with precision tooling to maintain uniform diameters and smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. The internal channel is welded in place to increase strength and stability. Use Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement to achieve a secure, permanent bond at all connections, and connector sleeves to join cap rails.
