CRL's Premium Cap Rails (SKU GR15SB) are manufactured using a proprietary bump-forming process that delivers tighter tolerances, consistent radius, and reduced stress compared with roll-formed cap rails. Welds on both sides of the internal channel increase strength and stability, preventing twist or discoloration at welded corners—making this a top-performing bump-formed premium cap rail for glass railing and storefront applications.
All CRL Premium Cap Rail are formed with precision tooling for uniform diameters and smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. The internally welded channel improves fabrication strength and stability. Use Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement to achieve a secure, permanent bond at all connections, and connector sleeves to join cap rails.
Installation Notes: Use 95CBL Silicone to secure 1/2" or 5/8" glass. Contact CRL Technical Sales for installation guidance, custom fabrication quotes, or compatibility questions.

GR5PV cap rail vinyl cannot be used with GR15 cap rails.
