The CRL Adjustable Threshold or Floor Mount Bottom Free-Swinging Pivot is designed for seamless integration with our PH10C, PH11C, and EUR410 Bottom Door Patch Fittings, offering a robust 220 lb.

With a 3/16" (5 mm) height adjustment and a minimum clearance of 3/8" (9.5 mm), this pivot ensures optimal functionality and flexibility for various door installations.
The pivot can be conveniently mounted on the floor or threshold, and comes with a brushed stainless cover plate to complete the installation.
Please note that while stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, regular maintenance is recommended to preserve its factory finish.
