This CRL 321 Acrylic Latex with Silicone (SKU: 321ALM) is a premium acrylic-latex caulk enhanced with silicone for improved flexibility and adhesion. It delivers strong adhesion, excellent weather resistance, low shrinkage, and easy water clean-up. The acrylic base resists oxidation and UV degradation while the silicone component boosts bonding to ceramic and glass substrates—ideal when you need an acrylic latex silicone caulk for windows, doors, and trim.

BASIC USES: A versatile, primerless sealant for many building materials—wood, brick, glass, plastic, vinyl, plaster, drywall, metal, and ceramics. Use for sealing around window and door frames, siding and trim work, tub and sink perimeters, thresholds and baseboards, and under controlled conditions for bedding insulating glass units and storm windows. Suitable as a paintable, mildew-resistant caulk for high-moisture areas like showers, bathrooms, sinks, and kitchens. Tools in about 30 minutes and accepts oil or latex paints after approximately two hours.

This product tolerates ±10% joint movement in a well-designed joint. Apply between 40°F and 120°F (4° to 49°C). After full cure it withstands temperatures from 0°F to 180°F (-17° to 82°C). Use this acrylic latex with silicone when you need a durable, paintable, mildew-resistant seal for interior or exterior glazing and trim projects.

TECHNICAL DATA: Exceeds ASTM C-834-00 for latex sealing compounds and meets ASTM C-920 and TT-S-00230C. Meets California Air Resources Board 2003 VOC limits and qualifies for LEED® credit.

LIMITATIONS: Not for applications immersed in water. Do not expose to rain or water for at least 24 hours after application. Apply only above 40°F (4°C) and protect from freezing until cured. See cartridge label and Specification Data Sheet for additional limitations.
