Overview
GE® 1000 Silicone Sealant is a versatile one-part acetic cure product, perfect for general purpose glazing and curtainwall sealing, ensuring long-term reliability.
With a ±25% joint movement capability, GE® 1000 is ideal for sealing applications including sheet metal, skylights, air conditioning systems, and more.
It performs exceptionally well in temperatures ranging from -40˚ to 400˚F, and can be applied outdoors in cold conditions as low as -35˚F, provided surfaces are clean and dry.
Meeting federal and ASTM standards, it is not suitable for structural glazing or use on masonry, and users should review the cartridge label for additional limitations.
