The CRL Birmingham Series Top Single Roller Patch (SKU: B1R12) is a top-hung replacement patch and a key component for bi-fold glass door systems. Designed for smooth, reliable bi-fold action, this top single roller mounts at the top corner of the glass panel and pairs with Cat. No. B1R10 top track. The patch ships in a brushed stainless steel finish, features field-reversible handing, and requires two holes in the glass.

Use this top roller patch in the CRL Birmingham Bi-Folding Top Hung Door System to achieve a modern, minimalist aesthetic for commercial or residential interior openings. The system supports 2–12 panels (maximum six panels per side) and is available in stocked kits (2x2, 3-panel, and 4-panel) that include all hardware except the glass and substrate fasteners. Additional fittings can be added to create custom bi-fold configurations within system limits.

Panels hinge together with alloy 304 stainless steel corner patches and are suspended from a satin-anodized aluminum top track by heavy-duty rollers. Midpoint patches are available for safe operation on openings taller than 104" (2.6 m). Matching bottom patches with guide pins run in a floor-mounted continuous channel to keep panels aligned as they fold.

Key specifications: maximum panel weight 110 lbs (50 kg); maximum panel width 29" (737 mm); maximum height 118" (3 m). Accommodates 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) tempered glass. Requires two holes per door per fitting and notches for center lock housings. Top and bottom tracks are supplied in 118" (3 m) lengths.
