CRL Cologne Hinges — SKU C0L092BCH — are a heavy-duty shower hinge option with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek finish. Designed for wider, heavier shower doors where standard hinges fall short, these solid brass hinges include internal steel pins for two mounting templates: keep the pins for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (including some competitive patterns).

Differentiators: radius corners & beveled edges for a refined look, reversible pivot pin (90º / 85º positions), optional custom pivot pins up to 45º for off-angle walls, and solid brass construction for corrosion resistance.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: One side marked 90º (standard). The opposite side marked 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Specify custom pivot angles up to 45º when on-site angles prevent proper closing with the standard pin.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass the hinge supports up to 110 lbs. (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges the hinge supports up to 140 lbs. (63 kg), maximum width 36" (914 mm).
