The CRL EZ-Adjust Shower Door Header Kit (SKU: EHK98BN) is a frameless shower header kit designed to secure shower enclosures that do not reach the ceiling. Acting as a crown over the top of the glass, the EZ-Adjust header brackets to each wall and accepts monolithic tempered glass. The EZ-Adjust system provides post‑installation horizontal adjustment of compatible hinges (PPH06 and SRPPH06), letting you fine‑tune door alignment without removing the header.

Because the header includes a built‑in hinge adaptation, Prima Hinge Model PPH06 and Senior Prima Hinge Model SRPPH06 do not require drilling through the header for an adaptor block. If you use other top‑mount pivot hinges, an adaptor block (ordered separately) and drilling through the header will be required. Constructed from heavy 6063‑T5 aluminum alloy and stocked in multiple finishes, the kit is available in 95" and 144" (2.41 and 3.66 m) stock lengths to cut to fit.

Kit includes a snap‑in filler insert for the door pocket, deluxe wall mounting brackets (two brackets), and clear glazing vinyl for a complete frameless shower header solution.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Prima Hinge Model PPH06 and Senior Prima Hinge Model SRPPH06 are compatible only with the EZ‑Adjust Header System due to the built‑in hinge adaptation—no header drilling required. Other top‑mount pivot hinges require an adaptor block and header drilling. Bracket used for header attachment is BWB2.
