The CRL EZ-Adjust Shower Door Header Kit (SKU: EHK980RB) is a premium frameless shower header designed for enclosures that stop short of the ceiling. Acting as a crown over the top of the glass, the EZ‑Adjust Header Kit mounts to each wall and provides a clean, continuous top rail. The EZ‑Adjust system lets you shift the hinge left or right after installation when using Prima Hinge Model PPH06 or Senior Prima Hinge Model SRPPH06, eliminating the need for drilling through the header for adaptor blocks with those hinge models. Built from heavy 6063‑T5 aluminum and stocked in up to eight popular finishes, the kit is available in 95" (2.41 m) and 144" (3.66 m) stock lengths for on‑site cutting. The kit includes a snap‑in filler insert for the door pocket, deluxe wall mounting brackets, and clear glazing vinyl for a complete frameless shower door header solution.


IMPORTANT NOTE: Prima Hinge Model PPH06 and Senior Prima Hinge Model SRPPH06 are compatible only with the EZ‑Adjust Header System without drilling due to a built‑in hinge adaptation. If using other top mount pivot hinges, an adaptor block (sold separately) and drilling through the header will be required.

EACH EZ-ADJUST HEADER KIT CONTAINS:
1 – 95" (2.41 m) or 144" (3.66 m) header length
1 – 36" (914 mm) snap-in filler insert for door pocket
1 – Deluxe wall mount bracket kit (two brackets)
8' (2.44 m) of clear glazing vinyl for 5/16" and 3/8" (8 and 10 mm) glass
