The CRL Prima Hinge with Rear Drip Plate is a solid-brass shower door hinge designed to minimize water escape at the hinge gap by deflecting water back into the shower. The low-profile drip plate preserves full door swing and can be added after installation for existing doors (see Cat. No. PPHWP1). Stocked in four popular finishes with custom finishes available on request.


Optional 5° Pivot Pin Set (Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, Shell Series): Change the door closing position by 5°. Pivot pins can be installed before or retrofitted after installation. Sold as a set (top and bottom). Not included with hinge purchase. Pre-set 5° hinge models may be available from stock.

Rated Capacity (using two hinges): For 5/16"–3/8" (8–10 mm) tempered safety glass, holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg) with a maximum door width of 31" (787 mm).
